The advantages of closed-cell foam urethane insulation compared to open-cell spray foam insulation include its strength, higher R-value, and its greater resistance to the leakage of air or water vapor. All these factors lead to savings in monthly utility costs. Top Notch Coatings insulation service
Although open-cell urethane spray foam insulation costs less than closed-cell foam, it has a lower R-value per inch, so a thicker layer is required. If the framing members are deep enough to accommodate your required R-value, open-cell foam insulation service may end up costing less.
We also offer a cleaning/removal service of old, damaged or existing blown in fiberglass or paper insulation.
